The online session took place on the 11th of June 2014. conversation about the future of creative learning, hosted by the LEGO Foundation and the MIT Media Lab’s Lifelong Kindergarten group.

This was an opportunity to connect with other IDC participants, learn more about the LEGO Foundation’s new initiatives, and share your stories about creative learning with digital tools. We started with an introduction by Global Head of Research, Andrew Bollington. Mitchel Resnick of MIT Media Lab and Erik Hansen of the LEGO Group then discussed their collaboration designing digital tools to support creative learning. This was followed by a breakout conversation to share thoughts and experiences among participants.

Here are some questions that we discussed in the breakout conversations:
· What’s an example where you saw children engaged in a creative learning experience with digital tools?
· What do you see as a promising future direction for digital tools to support creative learning?
