Organizers bio:

Ole Sejer Iversen (Ph.D.) is a professor in Child-Computer Interaction. Professor Iversen has been engaged in the Interaction Design Conference since the very first workshop in Eindhoven in 2002. He has been part of the program committee since 2008 and served as associate paper chair in 2009 and short paper co-chair in 2013. Ole Sejer Iversen is currently associate editor of the International Journal in Child Computer Interaction with Elsevier.

Bo Stjerne Thomsen (Ph.D.) is head of LEGO Learning Institute, carrying out research on creativity, learning, play and child development based on the values of LEGO play and learning. The LEGO Learning Institute is engaged in extensive collaboration with academic experts and research institutions in order to build understanding within the LEGO Group, inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow.

Lars Elbæk (Ph.D.), associate professor, has worked in interaction design and use of IT in children’s and youth sport and physical education for a number of years. He is also head of the relatively newly-founded MoveIT educational profile at the Institute of Sport Sciences and Clinical Biomechanics at USD. Lars Elbæk is currently working with the Play and Learning – Kids n’ Tweens Lifestyle EU founded project.
